At Mini Things Boutique, we take pride in offering high-quality dollhouse miniatures. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Timeframe You may request a return or exchange within 30 DAYS of the delivery date.

Eligible Items Items are eligible for return if they meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition • In original packaging (if applicable) • Not damaged by the customer • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders • Made-to-order items • Special order items requested by customer • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling • Items returned after the 30-day window

REFUND OPTIONS

When your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

FULL REFUND Refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

EXCHANGE Swap for a different item of equal or greater value (you pay the difference if greater).

STORE CREDIT Receive store credit equal to the purchase price. Never expires.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customer Responsibility

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer • We recommend using a trackable shipping service • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Our Recommendation Please pack items carefully to prevent damage during return shipping. Miniatures are delicate and may break if not properly protected.

Restocking Fee Mini Things Boutique reserves the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 15% on returns where:

• Items show signs of handling beyond initial inspection • Original packaging is damaged or missing • Items require cleaning or repackaging before resale

Photo Documentation We strongly recommend photographing items before shipping returns. We reserve the right to deny returns if items arrive in a condition different from when they left the customer.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Us Email us at Minithingsboutique@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number • Item(s) you wish to return • Reason for return • Your preference: refund, exchange, or store credit

Step 2: Receive Authorization We will respond within 2 BUSINESS DAYS with:

• Return authorization (if approved) • Return shipping address • Any additional instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

• Pack items securely in protective packaging • Include your order number inside the package • Ship using a trackable method • Keep your tracking number for your records

Step 4: Receive Your Refund/Exchange Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days • Exchanges: New item shipped within 3-5 business days • Store Credit: Issued within 2 business days

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully inspect and package every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

Report Within 7 Days Please contact us within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY with:

• Your order number • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item • Description of the issue

Our Resolution For items damaged in transit or manufacturing defects, we will:

• Send a replacement at NO ADDITIONAL COST, OR • Issue a FULL REFUND including original shipping

You may be asked to return the damaged item or dispose of it, depending on the situation. We will provide prepaid return shipping if a return is required.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete:

• Contact us within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY • We will ship the correct item immediately • We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipping Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if we have not yet shipped your package. Contact us as soon as possible.

After Shipping Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process above if you no longer want the item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs to our location in the United States • Any customs duties or fees associated with returns

Please note that international returns may take longer to process.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR RETURNS

Mini Things Boutique shall not be liable for:

• Items lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping • Delays in processing caused by shipping carriers • Items returned without authorization • Refunds to incorrect payment methods provided by customer • Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages related to returns

MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY RETURN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Mini Things Boutique reserves the right to:

• Refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering • Deny return privileges to customers who abuse the return policy • Require additional verification for high-value returns • Report suspected fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities

We maintain records of all transactions and returns for fraud prevention purposes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of a return request:

  2. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally

  3. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association

You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes directly with Mini Things Boutique before pursuing any legal action.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Return Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising from this policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Riverside County, California.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Mini Things Boutique reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued purchases after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
