Adult Supervision Required If miniatures are present in any environment accessible to children under 14 years of age or pets, you agree to:

• Ensure constant adult supervision when items are accessible • Store items in secure, locked, or elevated locations • Accept full responsibility for any incidents resulting from inadequate supervision or storage

• Your purchase, possession, or use of any products • Your violation of this disclaimer or any applicable laws • Any claim by a third party related to your use of products • Personal injury or property damage caused by products in your possession

Waiver of Claims By completing a purchase, you WAIVE AND RELEASE Mini Things Boutique from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and liability of any kind, whether known or unknown, that arise from or relate to the products purchased.

They are not edible, functional, or intended for any use other than visual display. Do not attempt to consume, use as actual containers, or apply to skin.

Fragile Items Many miniatures are delicate and may break if dropped, squeezed, or handled roughly. Mini Things Boutique is not responsible for damage resulting from customer handling after delivery.
